Marshall Heights Community History

Marshall Heights is a community of brick front townhomes located in Falls Church, Virginia. We are bounded by Route 7, the Capital Beltway (495), and Route 66, and situated next to Marshall High School.  Tyson's Corner Center and Tyson's Galleria are both less than two miles to our west, and the West Falls Church Metrorail Station is less than two miles to our east.  The community is an ideal location for accessing the Washington D.C. metropolitan area, outlying Virginia counties and Maryland.

The majority of the townhomes were built in 1984 and 1985.  In 2013, eleven new townhomes were added to our community for a current total of 190 townhomes.  The Marshall Heights Homeowner Association (MHHA) works with the owners and residents to ensure that the exteriors of homes and property in the Marshall Heights community are well-kept to the benefit and enjoyment of owners, investors and renters.   History has shown that due to the location of our community and the care that we have taken to maintain the appearance of the homes, that these homes have maintained their value and place us in a competitive stance with other communities nearby.  We appreciate our owners' and residents' efforts to maintain their homes in the community.
