About Us

Marshall Heights is a small community of 190 colonial brick townhomes located in Falls Church, Virginia. We are located just off Route 7, on the edge of Tysons, Virginia, between the 495 Beltway and Interstate Route 66, and a mile from Falls Church City. The community is located between the Silver Line's McLean and the Orange Line's West Falls Church Metro Stations, and right on a major WMATA bus line--making it convenient to not only commute into the District, but to many areas in the DMV.   

Our kids go to highly-rated schools for all grades. George C. Marshall High School, in particular, is is ranked in the top 1% of high schools in the country and is a public-education destination for many families. 

Tysons Mall and Tysons Galleria are less than two miles to our west, and we have a wonderful choice of nearby grocery stores--Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and Wegman's.   Quality restaurants and entertainment options are plentiful.  We offer the best of suburban living on the edge of Washington, DC and in Northern Virginia. It’s a diverse and friendly place where kids and adults make lifelong friends and plan to stay.

It's a great place to live, and it's hard to find a better location.
